Introduction

Instead of using a classic slice of bread for toast, you would slice a sweet potato lengthwise and cook into to create a sweet potato toast!

Steps

How to Make Sweet Potato Toast ?

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.⠀

  • Brush both sides of 1/4″ to 1/3″ sweet potato slices with avocado oil.⠀⠀

  • ️Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.⠀⠀

  • ️Bake for 5 minutes. Flip the sweet potato slices and bake the other side for 5 minutes.⠀⠀

  • ️Remove from oven and rest.⠀

▫️ To a small bowl add, cherry tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Toss to mix.⠀

▫️ Mix avocado with Muze organic moringa Powder⠀

▫️ Top each avocado toast with 2 teaspoons of pico mixture.⠀

▫️ Mix avocado with Muze organic moringa Powder⠀

▫️ Top each Avocado Toast with 4-5 blueberries, 1 sliced strawberry, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.⠀

Soft Boiled Egg Avocado Toast】⠀

▫️ Fill a small saucepan with 1″ of water.⠀

▫️ Bring to a boil. Add 2 eggs to the pot and cover.⠀

▫️ Boil for 6 minutes and immediately add to an ice water bath to cool.⠀

▫️ Mix avocado with Muze organic moringa Powder⠀

▫️ Peel, slice in half and place on top of avocado toast.⠀
