Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 frozen banana

1 cup plant milk (soy, almond)

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp maple syrup

¼ tsp moringa

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

(Pumpkin Spice Ingredients: Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves)

3 ice cubes (optional, for Vata person skip the ice in fall / winter season)
